Employee Unions

The government will not recognize nor favor an employee union or seek to resolve a dispute between a union and employer. Shd an employer act against the interests of the individual employee, public resources are made available to dispute claimed ailment(s).

Provinces will establish labor facilities for zero income earners to temporary labor for wage -- (10) day consecutive maximum every 50 days.

Said temporary labor shall primarily consist of cleaning public resources and emergency services.

Notice of Employment

An employer must complete and submit electronically a Notice of Employment to the Department of Registry with in (2) days of wage applicable employment. Confirmation will be sent immediately upon receipt and another upon processing of form. The simplified electronic form will request only employee UID, employer UID, business ID, type of employment, wage rate and date of employment. A signed by both parties printed copy must kept as documentation by employer.

You have none. An employer may hire or fire based on any merit.

It is instructed in our culture to discharge an employee in good faith.
Shd an employer terminate an employee in bad faith, it is suggested that the employee seek legal counsel so that this impropriety may be publicly displayed and scrutinized -- possibly leading to a settlement of damages between parties.

(Note) A business is the enterprise of the owner(s) and investor(s) who shall hold authority over it's operation.

Minimum Wage

A provincial designated minimum wage will be assessed and adjusted annually to reflect the amount required to cover an average totaled cost of resources (see below) for a single individual relative to 30 hours of employment per 5 days per 30 days.
