Almond Brandy Strawberry Cheesecake
2 Eggs
Cup Sugar
16 Ounces Cream Cheese
Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons Brandy
1 Tablespoon Almond Extract
Gram Cracker Pie Crust
One Package of Fresh Strawberries
Strawberry Preserves

1. Preheat the oven to 350
2. Mix eggs, sugar, cream cheese, vanilla extract, brandy
and almond extract in a bowl until smooth
3. Pour the ingredients into the gram cracker crust
4. In a sauce pan, soften strawberry preserves
5. Spoon small amounts of the preserves, use a toothpick to create a whirled design
6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, remove when browning occurs
7. Refrigerate for 24 hours
8. Thinly slice strawberries and cover the entire surface
